Terms of Service

Seller: Granpaw Enterprise, Westminster, Maryland, USA.

Condition. Items are new unless the listing states otherwise. Any used, open-box or refurbished item is marked in its title and condition field.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Maryland sales tax (6%) is charged on orders shipped to Maryland. Payment is taken through eCrater's checkout (PayPal or card).

Shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Shipping is not free: the rate is calculated at checkout from USPS rates by weight and destination. Typical delivery: US 2-5 business days (Ground Advantage) or 1-3 business days (Priority Mail); international 6-21 business days depending on the service chosen. Every order ships from within the United States, and a tracking number is added to your order and emailed when the package ships.

International orders. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. Customs processing can add time beyond the estimates above.

Returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a money-back refund, with no restocking fee. We pay return shipping on domestic (US) returns; international buyers pay return shipping. Items should be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving the return. Full details are on the Return Policy page.

Problems. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the listing, contact us within 30 days through the Contact Us link on the product page or your order and we will make it right.

Stock. Most items are single-quantity. If an item cannot be supplied after you order, we cancel and refund in full promptly.
